ABOUT ME

I'm a writer living in Gloucestershire, U.K, with my husband, and a spoiled Tonkinese cat, Ishtar!
​
I write about other worlds: myth, fairy tale, folklore, the supernatural, and history. My past work includes a siren inviting sailors for dinner, a fossilised forest, techno-witches, and the Red Riding-Hood fairy-tale told from the wolf’s point of view.
I want to start conversations challenging everyday perceptions of the world. How much of our constructed reality do we share? How much is our own mythologising?

I'm currently working on a PhD in Literary and Critical Studies at the University of Gloucestershire.
